That person was the hodler of the sword until they all decided to let her give it to Kurio. Once he went home, he began to test the blade and its immense power.. He was able to make small fissures by slamming it into the ground, he could make flames form with a slash. Much mroe power lies deep in teh blade, who knows. IT has said to be that a certain Bijuu lives in it form the immense power dwelling in teh katana..
