Initial Move; A Chakra storage into the hand (Katon chakra type.)
Accuracy; 59.9999%
Faults; IT won't be as fast at Chidori or anything but the same speed as regular Rasengans.
Weakness; Suiton
Advantage; A fire or leafy area.
Chakra Usage; Compelte Last Resort. (Technically takes out all of chakra at certain rnakings of the form)
Conclusive Move; Well form teh begining, you store chcakra of the Katon element into the palm of dominent perportions. After this, you focus it in a spiral motion, spinning like. AS it forms, it will be the blue Rasengan form. But after a couple seconds after forming, still triyng to form, it will turn red like this.
If this move hits, the person who's hit, will explode from the chakra and will fly back spinning in a Tornado type looking thing made of chakra. The thing getting hit will fly back until they hit soemthing that stops them. They will be massivly burned inside the areas he got hit from the technique. The user's hand will be burnt too. The chakra will rip down into the muscles and stop. But will make the opponent knocked out depending (Bijuu in side them that's active, S - Ranked, etc.)

Two: Rasengan itself is A-Ranked, not because it's power or effectiveness, but because it takes that much effort to manipulate the chakra to even use it.
Doing a normal Rasengan, let alone adding Katon to it, won't make it a C-Rank just because you make it weaker.
This should be atleast High-A - S rank, considering Rasenshuriken!

That said, make this a pretty muhfaggin strong too, something to do with explosion and fiyapowaa.
As for the "Denfensive if creative" thing, make it epic so you can prematurely implode it's awesomeness to send shockwaves of superomega heatwaves to evaporate like almost every Suiton.
That means...SASUKE CAN LERN DAT 2 USE KIRIN LOLS
