Bandit Details: B - Ranked Rogue who is now a bandit.
He has about 5 swtich blade katanas and one large hammer
Has 5 summoning weapon scrolls and 1 summoning animal scroll
He carries 3 smoke bombs and 2 poison gas bombs
He carries disease giving needles in his pocket with Suiton ninjutsu up to C - Rank
with about 2 healing techniques at master.
Actually this is about A - Ranked I would say.

Actually it wouldn't change it that much, A-Ranked Missions are usually assigned as Village-Level matters, like guarding V.I.P.'s, defending certain areas during a war, etc.

This is still B-Ranked, considering you are retrieving something that isn't super-omega important, which sometimes is D-Ranked, but this involves a skilled shinobi that stole it, as in a very good chance of injury and moderate chance of death, making it B-Ranked. (C-Rank would be possible injury and tougher "exercises".)

PS: Naruto uses Ryo, not Yen.

And B-Ranked missions normally pay with 150/200k Ryo, FYI.
