Araton: Rasengan (Storm Release: Spiraling Sphere)
Araton: Rasengan is a basic Rasengan-type ninjutsu that is used with the Araton element. It looks like a regular rasengan with clouds surrounding and circling around it. This type of Rasengan can be used with Any Rasengan move. When hit with this Rasengan the user will feel a burning of electricity due to the Raiton affinity, and then if it reaches the muscles it will pour water into the body due to the suiton affinity.

Araton: Rasentsurugi(Storm Release: Swirling Sword)
Araton: Rasentsurugi is a technique derived from Araton: Rasengan that allows a Rasengan type aura to run down any type of blade or sword in the user's hand. It will have the properties of the Rasengan: grinding rather then cutting. It will continue on to sending the electrical currents through the body to burn or stun the user.

Araton: Taifuu Rasengan (Storm Release: Typhoon Swirling Sphere)
This rasengan looks just like a regular Araton: Rasengan type ninjutsu but when it makes an impact with something it releases a 50ft by 50ft typhoon like winds with an electrical charge on the inside of it. So, if you're hit you fly into the air, stuck inside of a tornado-like wind tunnel that is burning/shocking you to your death.

Araton no Jutsu (Storm Release Technique, E Rank)
The basic technique that involves making clouds appear in the sky, it does nothing other then shut out the sun with storm clouds.

Arabunshin no Jutsu (Storm Clone Technique, E Ranked)
Using the mixture of the Raiton and suiton elements to form the Araton element a clone can be formed out of the clouds created. It's like a regular bunshin meaning that it can't preform any types of techniques and once it comes into contact with somebody they vanish.

Arahenkei no Jutsu (Storm Transformation Technique, E Ranked)
Arahenkai is a technique that transforms the shinobi's body into a fog. The fog spreads out around the area in a 12x12ft area. The user can turn himself back, or an enemy can do it by preforming any type of technique that uses chakra on the fog.

Aradama no Jutsu (Storm Dome Technique, D Ranked)
A dome is created around the user, or a target. The dome is coated with chakra and protects from outer attacks without reflecting/deflecting, they simply hit and fall to the ground. While inside you can't preform any type of technique due to the fact the dome will either: suck away your chakra and make the clouds even stronger or needs the focus of the user to keep it sustained. The dome can only be destroyed from the outside by a chuunin or above type elemental ninjutsu.

Ara no Henkai (Change of Storms, D Ranked)
This technique allows the user to create low leveled weather storms. These storms include downpours of rain, fog, very little lightning, snow, hail, sleet, et cetera. They don't cause too much damage, it's mostly only done for a distraction or to change the playing field.

PS: I know it's crappy especially since there's like only one tech for it and it practically isn't storm, just water shot with lightning, but ohwell...
