Tourny Rules

Here's a List of Very Basic rules which everyone Must Following during a Tournament/Exam held in the Training room or Most likely in the Exams Arena.

Before it Begins

Seating
Participants; Will take their seating on the white benches in the Exams Arena.
Spectators; May sit Wherever they Like Except for the Red mode, Blue Plasto & the Kage Seatings.
Exam Proctor(s); The one Announcing the Matches may Sit Anywhere around the Arena. The One whom is Judging will sit in the red Mode chair.
AnBu & Guards; The Blue Chairs are for Anbu, Guards or Jounin which are there in case of any Emergency or Surprise attack.
Kages; Will Most likely have rights in the Arena and will Make their way through the red telle to the Upper Area. Kages may Bring Personal Guard with them.
Personal Guard; The Two Red chairs beside the thrones.

Presence
Before the Tourny begins, the Exam Proctor or the one Hosting the Tourny will take each one's presence and Take Note. When your name is called out, You will say your IC name along with " Present "

Note; If you Sign up for a Tourny, your Expected to be there. Sign up if you are CERTAIN You will be able to show. If you are Uncertain, Notify the one whom will be Hosting. This becomes extremely Important for Certain Tourny Types, Ensuring there are enough Participants and etc. If by any chance you do not show up after signing up, there may be Restrictions for future participation.

During the Tourny

No Talking during the battles. Comments are NOT Necessary unless a Reff is Needed and the Spectators are the Judges. However, you may talk in between Matches. As soon as the Words " The next Match will be.. ", You Stfu ;D Feel Free to Cheer for the Person whom you want to Win but Booing and etc isn't Needed.
No Arguments because it's Frustrating when you Argue. Just be a Big Girl/Boy and Say " Alright. Maybe I Didn't Notice. Continue "
Do not Question the Reffs considering they're Hand Chosen Proctors unless it's a substitute. Wether you Disagree with their Manner of Judging or Not, It's up to them to decide, Not you.
State -- before the Battle Begins. " wtf, why do people always do that? " There's no Way of Accusing them for Pre-type that way. It's to make Sure Nobody Gets a Quick Headstart.
Participate because you signed up. If you Sign up and Not try What so Ever, There will be participation restrictions next time you want to enter a Tourny.

IC & OOC Tournaments

Completely IC Tourny
Meaning you Use the Character which you've Created and the Battles which occur are all in Character. If you Die, you Follow death Time. If your Ko'ed, You Follow ko time and etc. Completely IC tournaments are often Official Exams.

OOC Tourny
You have the Choice to use an Already existing character for the fun of it, Not use any Character in Particular and just Fight the way you Want to fight or Make a Random Character up on the Spot. Ooc Tourny's often include Bonus Prizes Such as Rights to a Room or something similar. Any injuries or deaths occured mean just about nothing.

Half IC, Half OOC
In which you Use the Character you Created, in Battle, but the Injuries, Deaths and etc mean nothing. Half and Half are mostly Used to Decide Ranks or other Positions.
