Faults; If it ends in a failure from chakra levels from the caster, the caster will die.
Weakness; Can be interupted and the people doing it can't do anything about an interuption. All senses are knocked off for complete concentration of the technique.

Chakra Usage; Always uses 3/4 of the user's chakra (Casters only.)
Conclusive Move; The full story is this. The person performs several seals, then holds the hands of the person or people he or she (caster) is doing the technique with. After the people all hold hands, they load 3/4 of their chakra and channel it through each other. Interuptions like attacking to them is technically the only way out of it without one of them deciding not to in the middle of it. Both or more people must agree to the whole thing. They all think of what jutsus they want to give to the other person after agreeing to which ones to swap. Kekkei Genkais also can be swapped but with only half of the original owner's power. The one who gets the new kekkei genkei though can get it to that level too. (3 tomoe of Sharingan is then turned to 2 tomoes actually, 2 is turned to 1.) It takes 10 ooc seconds to regain all of their chakra back.
