Rank; Anyone who has obtained 3rd Tomoe Sharingan (Technically C - Ranked // Chuunin)
Origin; Konohagakure no Sato

+ Performance +

Initial/Entry Move; The user brings down the Sharingan eyes into his or her eyes. Then if he or she locks into the targets eyes then the opponent is trapped.
Illusionary Stages; 3rd Tomoe (Higher Ranked Uchiha can keep it as 3rd Tomoe) ShoukYoku Sharingan:
Max Duration; It lasts 24 seconds but inside the genjutsu, the opponent stuck in it seems like 4 years.
Chakra Usage; Medium amount so about 1/4 or less depending on rank but does severe damage to the eyes. About 3 a day is the limit.
Released; The Genjutsu can be overcomed by a 3rd Tomoe Sharingan user or someone who has the ShoukYou Sharingan activated (If the person doesn't have them activated before the technique catches the opponent, it won't work)

+ Effects, Damage +

Mental; Severe Damage. About the same as regular Mangekyou Sharingan (Itachi)
Visual; The person in the trap will be in a dark universe where both people are in. The user of the Genjutsu can see the outside world and inside of the illusion at the same times. The person trapped in the technique will be controled by the person who caused the Genjutsu. This means, that the user controls the intire world of the Genjutsu. The usre could mkae the trapped one unable to move, unable to talk, unable to cause techniques, etc. They cannot cause the person to not be able to get out of the jutsu or make it longer or shorter.
Internal; IT does the same damage mentally.
Exterior; It won't show the damage done except with bruises and small slits.

Uchiha has enough shit, and doesn't need anything uncreative such as this, no offense.

Unless the Uchiha Leader creates this himself and submits it, I would have to say Declined without giving it much thought. (I paid enough attention to make sure it wasn't anything innovative.)

Not exactly. As seen in the previous Itachi/Sasuke fights, they can induce Genjutsus with just three tomoes actviated. But I agree with Kyle, this is basically a direct copy of Mangekyou, but just some little differences :l

Yes, three tomoe is escapable but the enemy basically doesnt know he's under it. So its very hard. And yes Two Tomoe Genjutsu would be GodMod. :l

the jutsu the way he did it looked alright, but probably better for mangekyou

Yes, but most likley it was godmod since the Sharingan Genjutsus start at Three Tomoes
