;+;History Ataru, was born in Konohagakure in the age of 5 he was taken in to go to ninja classes, His dad was a jounin of the leaf village and his mother was a nara. Ataru was based in Shadow techniques and Katon, but he learned little Katon jutsus, his father trained him with Shadow binding techniques and he used it for defence and offense, he was really smart and is still being trained and getting ranks, he is really patient at times, he gets hyper at times, but as a Chuunin he had to learn his responsibilitys.

As I said, you'd have to talk to an Admin for that. I'm just Forum-Mod, not complete RP-Mod.
That said, you should probably have Kurt or Sora deal with this, as I have no real part in deciding that.

That might be an advanced Byakugan level, but I haven't studied them as much, so Iunno if they need their eyes open or what.
