Accuracy; { Percentage. Cannot be 100% }
Efficiency; { What's the Weapon's Best Quality. i.e Speed, Flexibility, Agility, Transportation, Etc }
Damage; { The Max type of Damage the Weapon can Cause to an Opponent }
Enhancement; { Can it be Enhanced via Chakra or Elements? }
Weakness; { Everything has a Weak Point. }

Appearance; { Describe it's Size, Shape, Colours, Etc. You may use a Picture if you wish }

History; { Describe it's Origin, It's Creation and how you obtained it }
