There are *TOO MANY* of these, and anymore creations of these will be DECLINED.
PS: *NO MORE* Custom Uchiha Techniques. AND... don't start your character as C-Rank or above without permission, and you CANNOT create a Missing-Nin Character, you must leave your Village ICly, and probably, yaknow, with Sora's permission problayz.
