Background
History : Mitsu Rekaku was born inside Konohagakure's Forests. He grew up training as a medical ninja, helping the environment and healing people inside the forest. His clan lives inside treehouses scattered around the forests in the world, most of them being in Konohagakure. Annually, the Rekaku clan has special events involving their clan based skills. He entered aclimbing competition and had an accident during it. He fell off and landed on his head, this giving him amnesia. He does not remember any of his past. Because of the clan being made up of medical ninja, the damage wasn't severe. He cannot remember anything about himself, yet other than that there was no change. During his recovery his miniature village was attacked. Everybody inside of it was killed, the treehouses being burnt to the ground. When he got back to his village, he was shocked. He found one body of an attacker and took his headband. He noticed the Konohagakure symbol on it. He has left Konoha to travel the world, looking for the ninja who killed his family, and searching for other members of his clan in another forest somewhere. His clan's Kekkei Genkai allows him to form chameleon scales on his body. Because he is human he can force more pressure onto the change and blend into his surroundings ten times faster than a chameleon. From living in the wilderness he has better dexterity, flexibility, climbing ability, and chakra control than most ninja, yet from the clan being there so long the animals in the forest do not attack the Rekaku clan as much which makes it so they have less training in combat and constitution. He smells like the forest and cannot be sensed by smell while inside the forest, yet his smell stands out in a place such as a desert or a village.

The A-Rank part, I'm Not so Sure about.. Considering you Aren't Registered, it Makes Sense but, I Dunno if it Should Necessarily be A-rank. Judging on the Fact Your character's a Pure Medical Shinobi.

"Shousen" isn't a chakra nature, let alone is it even the name for the medical-technique branch.

Considering you trained completely on your own, you wouldn't be A-Rank at that young of an age, let alone if we even know it's possible to become S-ranked within a lifetime with no formal training. (Unless you had some bloodline like Mr. EuroPein.)

Btw, you can't have Nara Hijutsu because it's Hijutsu belonging to Nara. Unless you found out already, that means that only the Nara Clan knows it.

PS: As for the Hijutsu, remember that there's a slight difference between Shadow Imitation (Kagemane) and Shadow Bind (Kage Shibari). That said, I would love if people used the actual Romaji instead of crappy english tv translations that aren't even right. They just think of similar words to make it more appealing to kids.
They much rather fall in love with Izumo using "Sticky Syrup Blanket" rather than Syrup Capture Field.

I love how my age and weight are made fun of in Soras post It makes me feel so loved. anyway...I Shousen isnt a chakra nature but its similar to one...basically the same as the Yin Yang (Strange that they added a chinese symbol to a japanese anime eh?) nature (yes its a nature...) only focused on Medical Jutsu and not genjutsu or any other thing related to that nature. Shousen is the correct term for the medical branch...I checked. As for Shadow Imitation Jutsu...I pasted the wrong jutsu. And as for the rank problem...eh...No excuse and Kurt...Love ya baby

For no excuse, that obviously means you're guilty and shouldn't be A-Ranked. The max so far would probably be C-Rank, B might be pushing it, especially since you haven't trained with anyone like, ever.

No, "Shousen" isn't the term for medical techniques, it's just the name they give to the type of chakra it uses, which takes the Green color, by fans and was never officially termed. (Infact it's only on Leafninja because they are more of a FANsite than a true-information site, especially because they hardly update, and have some incorrect translations/info) So it's just chakra you have manipulated to regenerate in a cellular level. Nothing specialized as Nature Transformations.

Yes, Yin and Yang is the source of genjutsu, medical ninjutsu, alot of Hijutsu, and probably some universals, but it is found in all chakra apparently and pretty much everyone uses it, therefore it isn't a category to be put in primary/secondary/tertiary/etc/subelementfusionthing.
Those sections are for elements (Fuuton, Suiton, Etc.).

PS: There's alot of things in Naruto based on Chinese Mythology and Buddhism.

And for the Nara thing, just remove it since it is the wrong jutsu you "pasted".
