The history of Stouza was lonelyness and hard work, Stouza was only 5 years old when his family abandoned him. Stouza was suffering against a deciased since he was a child, and this dieces suffered to only children and it said this can cause him suffacation and heart problem, When his trainer finally met him he was finally well skilled with speed and concentration, through his life he was hard working and more common sense. He was baseed On hyouton (ice) and Mizu (Water)
which was trained by him.

Aswell, You cannot Start as Missing-Nin as I Stated yesterday x_x

You can start as Nomadic though. ( Not teh same thing btw. ) Plus, Hyouton Requires the
Elements of Mizu & Fuuton, Making it pretty much useless to have Mizu as a seperate Element.

be created under the custom Jutsu section.
