Conclusive Move; Sears the skin of the enemy hit, while not melting it off, but burning badly.


History; By harsh training, Miraki succesfully created a stronger version of Flame Flower, calling it the Roaring Flame flower. And with time and practice, any Uchiha Clan Member could learn it.
