1. Rasengan requires no handseals.
2. For an Uchiha to copy a technique, they need to see the handseals.
3. The said handseals are used in different combinations to do different techniques, and are used to..
4. properly mold chakra.
5. If an Uchiha cannot learn the handseals to use a technique, they can't use it.
6. Sharingan lets them memorize the handseals.
7. The Sharingan senses general chakra flow, but not to the detail of the Byakugan.
8. If you read 7, that means you wouldn't copy the chakra flow because you cannot see it the way needed.
9. Rasengan's training is very long and difficult, an Uchiha couldn't copy it by pure Sharingan-Leeching.
10. Rasengan doesn't use handseals.
