Physical Appearance

Description :: Kontei wears a beige hood, and wrapping from his forehead to his shoulders, covering his mouth as well and only leaving a space to make his eyes visible. He wears a tight brown undershirt below that, with loose beige leggings. His eyes are like a normal person's, only reversed. His eyes are pitch black, and his pupils a glowing white. Having his eyes like this, he cannot be blinded or have anything damage his vision (Other than a kunai to the eye of course).

Background
History :: Kontei Kouba was born in the desert of Kaze no Kuni. His mother, Odoriko Kouba,
and his father, Ki Kouba, raised him there with the fellow Kouba clan members. The Kouba clan was a nomadic clan, constantly wandering the deserts, passing through villages, and searching for food and water. As nomads, the Kouba clan always needed a safe spot to sleep. If such a place was not available, Kontei's father would provide them shelter using his Ninjutsu, being the head and founder of the clan. One night, although, as some of the Kouba clan were merchants, they met a rather unruly person, in need of some of their wares. This man wanted nothing but a bargain. Something the Kouba clan could not afford to give. The man was furious with the clan, and rampaged. Killing two of the clan members, the clan retaliated, and killed the man. After word got back to the nearest village, the man's clan planned an attack on the Kouba. They wiped out each other, leaving only the two youngest members of each clan, and their oldest sibling. For Kontei, it was his brother, Akkenai. His brother took care of him the best he could. When Konte turned 13, his brother 21, they traveled all the way to Hi no Kuni, in search of a decent Ninja Academy. Akkenai enrolled Kontei, to give him a better life, and make him able to defend himself.
His father had already demonstrated his clan jutsu to Kontei, and his brother the rest. Once enrolled in the academy, Kontei didn't fit in the least bit, being born in Kaze no Kuni. The children made fun of him being an orphan, and also his eyes. Kontei grew to hate the students, and got himself purposely expelled from the academy. Forgetting about his brother , currently renting them a room to stay in, Kontei ran as fast, and as far as he could. He eventually ended up in Mizu no Kuni, unsure of where he was. He ran into a friendly elderly person, but learned the hard way not to trust anyone. So he left Mizu no Kuni. To this day he travels everywhere looking for his brother. That is his one and only goal in life. Although Kontei never graduated into a Genin, he uses high-ranked Jutsu that he saw his father using, his brother taught him, or he learned from various clan jutsu scrolls.
