Kaizu is a very nice boy to those that he gets to know, but at first he seems to be rude and most people loose intrest in him, one of the main reasons why people stick around him is because with him around, everyone seems to notice them. they usually use him for a popularity bonus in the village, and they are always trying to mooch off him for Taijutsu training.

Kaizu is usually seen either wearing a Black shirt with his Clan Fan upon the back of it. he has a very nice build for his age, you can see the muscles lining his body. he is one of, if not the most attractive boy in his age group.

[判決] Chakra Control: Kaizu since a young age has been constantly trained from his father in most of the " universal " arts, in which he learned to concentrate more of his chakra to different areas. thus giving him an advantage early into the academy.

[判決] Speed: Kaizu is the fastest academy student that there has been in years. he challenged his Chuunin teacher to a race one day, and had lost by 10 meters, graduating from the academy his speed is developing at a high rate, recently he has been spotted moving at the speed of Jounin level shinobi.

[判決] Strength:Kaizu is not the strongest of people, he relies more on his speed to get the job done, thinking that strength is useless against someone who can move at speeds which are that high of a Jounin.

[判決] Stamina: Kaizu has a fairly good Stamina level, from an early age he was trained from his father which made him run for many many miles each day, thus expanding his lungs and enabling him to run longer. if he had to, he could run for possibly two or three days or so.

[判決] Sharingan: The Sharingan's first and most well-known ability is to memorize any technique that it witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. It can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is an advanced form of Taijutsu. If an Uchiha were to copy Gouken-Ryuu, from someone who has trained hard, the Uchiha's body would be put under much more strain, due to their physical stature not being up to par with the abilities displayed by the Gouken-Ryuu user. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.

The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. Even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, they may not have time to react.

The Sharingan's final ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through simple eye contact. When used in conjunction with the other aspects of the Sharingan, this allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponents make even before they do, making it appear as if the user can "see the future". More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further by tricking or even trapping their opponent within an illusion of the latter themselves. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.

Well considering alone that Uchiha Hideo was accepted, this is declined.
I was afterall given the position of Mod, giving me authority, so I'll go on about how no more Uchiha to make the roleplay balanced.

Besides, the odds of the decision is in favor of Balance and all.
Hideo trained ICly with Austin, and gained much of his things by already, yaknow, doing it. ICly.
This guy yaknow, I'm pretty sure most of us have no ******* idea who he is, and we know for sure he didn't gain these things ICly.

My decision be Declined, maybe when an Uchiha gets bored of habbo or when we get more roleplayers we will allow more Uchiha...
